Not in this demo
A demonstration should be clear about its edges. These things are not part of SportsMgnt today; the second column says what the demo does instead.
| Area | What the demo does instead |
|---|---|
| Native iOS and Android apps | An installable web app (PWA) with an offline schedule. Native apps would use the same API. |
| Automatic cloud scaling | The demo runs on one shared server. It shows an application-level virtual waiting room and database-enforced seat and slot integrity; a production deployment would add autoscaling infrastructure. |
| SOC 2, HIPAA, PCI DSS, CPRA attestations | None held. The demo shows controls: encryption of medical fields and documents, access control by role and location, audit logging, two-step sign-in, no card data. |
| Real payment processing, card terminals, eCheck | Simulated by the Demo Processor and a simulated terminal. No processor is connected. |
| Link to a city deposit or cash-receipting system | A generic deposit CSV export from closeouts. |
| Real text messages | Simulated; shown in the Demo Outbox. |
| Integration with an existing agency website (for example a CMS) | An embed script and API, shown on a fictional agency page; no CMS module is included. |
| AI chatbot | A rule-based help assistant that answers from this site's help pages and catalog. |
| Automated reading of income documents | Declared income is checked automatically against tier rules and a staff member confirms the document. |
| Licensed child-care regulatory compliance | A configurable enrolment checklist and review step; real licensing rules differ by state and were not reviewed. |
| Legal review of e-signatures | Signatures record intent, consent, identity, IP, time and a document hash; no legal opinion has been obtained. |
| Hundreds of locations | The demo has 10 locations and 48 facilities; the data model has no fixed limits and is performance-tested with a 250-location test data set. |
| Independent accessibility audit | Automated and manual testing only. |

- Training programs: the "What to try" panel on each persona acts as a guided tour.
- Contract terms, hosting agreements and support plans: these are business matters, not software.
