How it works

Every confirmed use of a facility, whether a rental, a class meeting, a league game or a maintenance blackout, takes database-enforced slot locks in 15-minute steps. Spaces that share a floor, such as a full gym and its half courts, block each other. Insurance certificates and rental agreements are collected before confirmation.
